I've been planning a sabbatical for over six months when I initially recognized that, with all of life's happenings over the last several years, I needed a break.
This last quarter has been extremely busy with client projects, retreat facilitation (three of them!), and my ongoing coaching clients. All of this plus the prep work I've been doing on my business to get ready for my time off such as:
Developing a Preferred Referral Partner Network (see below ⬇️)
Working with my clients to identify their future needs; doing introductions to referrals, and creating playbooks and plans for them to leverage while I'm gone
Working with Nick to develop backend processes to manage website contacts, prospect inquiries, client introductions, my email inbox, referral processing, and more
Networking with other solopreneurs on best practices for a self-employed sabbatical
I plan on completely unplugging from work for at least three months and I'm thankful to have an excellent team to cover things while I'm gone. I'm also extremely grateful for the supportive clients who have wished me well and respected my choice to take a break.

It's an honor to have Jennifer, Kore, Jackie, Ed, RaNae, and Marriot available to provide outstanding services to our clients. When I started prepping for my sabbatical, I knew I needed to connect my existing and prospective clients to the best coaches, facilitators, and strategists out there. Just because I'm not available doesn't mean they shouldn't get the support they need!
This outstanding group of professionals each has at least two decades of professional experience and expertise and represents diverse experiences and industries including law, tech, marketing, operations, retail, philanthropy, and military leadership.
Their styles and approaches are uniquely theirs but we share a common interest in serving people and helping organizations thrive through strong cultures and great leadership.
